Welcome to this charming 32 m² apartment, quiet, and ideally located 10 meters from the Salis beach in the town of Antibes.
It consists of a bright living room with a wall bed equipped with a 140 cm mattress, and a sleeping area with a BZ convertible sofa, separated from the rest of the room by curtains for more privacy. This second bed is also a double bed in 140 cm.
It has a separate kitchen equipped with a cooking plate, a refrigerator, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, and the necessary kitchen utensils for preparing your meals. A freezer is also available next to the kitchen.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a toilet, and a hairdryer. For laundry care, you have a washing machine and ironing equipment including an ironing board and an iron.
A balcony completes this property, allowing you to enjoy your meals outdoors.
The apartment is located a few meters from the port and Salis beach, in a residential area. You will find local shops within an 11-minute walk. The city center of Antibes is 1.7 kilometers away with its market and Picasso museum. Juan-les-Pins train station is 1.8 kilometers away, and Nice Côte d'Azur airport is 21.3 kilometers away. There is also a bus stop at the bottom of the building, line number 14, which will allow you to reach the city center without taking your car.
For your convenience, the establishment provides you with towels and bed linen at no additional cost. The reservation of this accommodation is strictly intended for family use. By making this reservation, you commit to not organizing any festivities. It is important to note that the reservation of this accommodation is prohibited for individuals under the age of 23.
To ensure a smooth check-in experience, all check-ins must be scheduled by appointment between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Late arrivals are possible until 11:00 PM for an additional fee through the booking platform, subject to approval by our services. No arrivals can take place after 11:00 PM. Additionally, check-ins must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
As for check-outs, they are also conducted by appointment between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Early departures are possible from 6:00 AM for an additional fee through the booking platform, subject to approval by our services. No departures can occur before 6:00 AM. Arrivals are allowed on an exceptional basis only between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM on December 24th and January 31st. However, no arrivals or departures will be carried out on December 25th and January 1st.
As a professional agency with an API connection to our Channel manager and partner booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking, etc.), a pre-authorization of €500 is required through our partner Swikly. It will be canceled seven days after your departure.
If this pre-authorization is not completed 24 hours before arrival, it constitutes a breach of the above-mentioned conditions on your part. In such a case, we reserve the right to contact the platform to request the cancellation of your reservation. No refunds will be possible in this scenario.
