In order to ensure the best possible welcome, all check-ins are by appointment between 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm. Late arrivals are possible until 11:00 pm for an additional fee via the booking platform, subject to validation by our services. No check-in can take place after 11:00 pm. It must also be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
As for our departures, they are also by appointment between 8:00 am and 10:00 am. Early departures are possible from 6:00 am for an additional fee via the booking platform, subject to validation by our services. No departure can take place before 6:00 am. Arrivals will exceptionally be accepted only between 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm on December 24th and December 31st. However, no arrivals or departures will be made on December 25th and January 1st.
As a professional agency with an API connection linked to our Channel manager with partner booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking, etc.), a pre-authorization of €500 is required through our partner Swikly. It will be canceled seven days after your departure. If this pre-authorization is not carried out 24 hours before arrival, this constitutes a fault on your part of the aforementioned conditions. In this case, we reserve the right to contact the platform to request the cancellation of your reservation. No refund will be possible in this case.
