To ensure a smooth check-in, all check-ins are by appointment between 3 pm and 8 pm. Late arrivals are possible until 11 pm for an additional fee through the booking platform, subject to approval by our services. No arrivals can take place after 11 pm. It must also be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
As for check-outs, they are also done by appointment between 8 am and 10 am. Early departures are possible from 6 am for an additional fee through the booking platform, subject to approval by our services. No departure can take place before 6 am.
Arrivals will be exceptionally accepted only between 1 pm and 4 pm on December 24 and January 31. However, no arrivals or departures will be made on December 25 and January 1.
As a professional agency with an API connection linked to our Channel manager with partner booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking, etc.), a preauthorization of €500 is required through our partner Swikly. It will be canceled seven days after your departure. If this preauthorization is not made 24 hours before arrival, it constitutes a fault on your part of the above-mentioned conditions. In that case, we reserve the right to contact the platform to request the cancellation of your reservation. No refund will be possible in this case.
