Arrivals are allowed on an exceptional basis only between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM on December 24th and January 31st. However, no arrivals or departures will be carried out on December 25th and January 1st.

If this pre-authorization is not completed 24 hours before arrival, it constitutes a breach of the above-mentioned conditions on your part. In such a case, we reserve the right to contact the platform to request the cancellation of your reservation. No refunds will be possible in this scenario
